After learning that Bobby Brown did not make his daughter’s funeral service this past weekend, because his wife Alicia Etheredge suffered from a seizure. Brown beats himself up for not being there for his 22-year-old daughter throughout her drug crisis.
Following in the footsteps of her mother, Bobby believes that if he made Krissy go to rehab and had became more of a guardian — like Britney Spears’ father did to save her — his daughter would still be alive.
Bobby Kristina was buried next to her mother in New Jersey on Monday after the private funeral service on Saturday.
“Bobby has so much guilt that it is eating him up every day,” Daily Mail Online states. “He told me he should have insisted Krissy get help for her drug addiction and he should have forced Nick Gordon to move out of her townhouse and leave her alone — legally, if necessary.”
After the incident in the bathtub of her Atlanta home, Kristina was in a medically induced coma and spent the last month before her death on July 26th in hospice care.
Attributing Jamie’s Spears intensive care for his daughter in 2008- after publicly shaving her head-the superstar’s father gained a financial conservatorship of his daughter with the help of her mother Lynne protecting Brittany from Sam Lufti, her former manager.
On the bright side, Bobby gets to ignite a new flame with his bundle of joy that arrived on July 9th. Yet, he still faces another tragedy similar to what’s kept him torn over the past 6 months potentially loosing his wife Etheredge who is sick from severe diabetes.
His wife is the last thing he wants to lose after laying his daughter and ex-wife, Whitney Houston to rest. He’s reportedly making sure she stays on the proper medication and follows her health procedures.
Brown vows to be a better father to his new-born and four other children, daughter LaPrincia and sons Cassius, Landon, and Bobby Jr than he was to Kristina realizing his daughter saw a lot of drugs and domestic abuse growing up in the house with him and her mother, Whitney.
