‘BREEZY BOWL XX’ WORLD TOUR

DUE TO INCREDIBLE FAN DEMAND

Due to overwhelming demand, two-time Grammy-winning global R&B superstar Chris Brown has added a third Atlanta, second Toronto, Detroit, and Washington, DC dates and three new stops to his highly anticipated Breezy Bowl XX Tour. Presented by Live Nation, the newly announced shows include stops in Denver, San Antonio, and Orlando, expanding the tour’s North American leg that kicks off July 30.

The new run of dates includes a third night in Atlanta at Bobby Dodd Stadium on October 3, and second nights at Detroit’s Ford Field on August 7, Toronto’s Rogers Stadium on August 20, and Washington, DC’s Nationals Park on October 8. Additional performances will take place in Denver on September 24, San Antonio on September 27, and Orlando on September 30, giving even more fans a chance to experience Brown’s career-spanning performance, which celebrates two decades of hits. 

Earlier this week, a fourth show was added in Manchester, UK and second shows were also added in London, UK; East Rutherford, NJ; Atlanta, GA; Arlington, TX; Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA, following high demand in the markets.

Breezy Bowl XX features support from three of R&B’s powerhouses: 7x Grammy nominated artist Jhené Aiko, who closed out 2024 with a 37 date sold-out MAGIC HOUR arena tour, added as a special guest on select U.S. shows, Grammy nominated multi-platinum hitmaker Summer Walker—appearing on select North American dates and 3x Grammy nominated and multi-platinum selling artist, Bryson Tiller, who will join as a special guest in select North America and Europe shows. The tour follows Brown’s successful 2024 11:11 Tour, which saw multiple sold-out dates around the world and reaffirmed his global fan reach.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Additional Federal Charges in Expanding Sex Trafficking Case

New York City, NY — In a significant development, federal prosecutors have filed additional charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs, the renowned hip-hop mogul, intensifying the legal challenges he faces just a month before his scheduled trial. The superseding indictment, unsealed today in Manhattan federal court, adds two new counts to the existing charges, bringing the total to five. These include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Details of the New Indictment

The updated indictment alleges that between 2021 and 2024, Combs coerced a woman, identified as Victim-2, into engaging in commercial sex acts. It further asserts that during this period, Combs was involved in transporting Victim-2 and others, including commercial sex workers, across state lines for the purpose of prostitution. These allegations expand upon earlier claims that Combs utilized his business empire to sexually exploit women over a span of two decades.

Prosecution’s Allegations

Prosecutors contend that Combs orchestrated events known as “freak offs,” elaborate gatherings where women were allegedly coerced into drug-fueled sexual performances with male sex workers. These events were reportedly recorded and sometimes involved individuals being transported across state lines. Central to the prosecution’s case is a 2016 surveillance video purportedly showing Combs assaulting his then-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, during one such event.

Defense’s Response

Combs, 55, has consistently denied all allegations, pleading not guilty to the charges. His legal team maintains that all interactions were consensual and argues that the government’s case lacks merit. They have also challenged the legal basis of certain charges, particularly those involving the interstate transportation of individuals.

Upcoming Legal Proceedings

Currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest in September 2024, Combs is scheduled to stand trial on May 5, 2025. An arraignment on the new charges is anticipated during a pretrial conference set for April 25.

In a bizarre turn of events, the infamous video that originally aired on CNN news on May 19, 2024 where you can see the music mogul assaulting Cassie Ventura was in fact altered by CNN and the original footage was deleted. This will pose a major problem for prosecutors as they were hoping to introduce the video as evidence against Sean Combs. Typically when video is offered as evidence in a trial, lawyers will argue that the best evidence rule should apply which is a legal principle in the law of evidence, primarily in the context of trials and court proceedings, that mandates the presentation of the original document or physical evidence when it is required to prove the content of that document or evidence. If the original is unavailable, secondary evidence (like copies) may be admissible, but only under certain conditions. The rule is designed to ensure that the most reliable and accurate evidence is presented in court. At the time of CNN’s reporting, they were aware that a federal investigation had commenced against the mogul so one would wonder why would such crucial evidence not be retained in its entirety by the outlet? Was someone trying to frame a narrative?

A public Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Friday, March 14, at 11 a.m. The event will be held at the Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral, located at 212 Riverside Parkway in Austell, Georgia. The jeweler claims to have been pursuing payment for over a year, and is now contemplating legal action, including filing a police report for theft. Seth alleges that he had initially become acquainted with the singer through his associate and client, Sean Kingston. The watch in question is an Audemars Piguet, a highly sought-after timepiece commonly adored by entertainers who enjoy flaunting their wealth.

According to Seth Grossman, YK Osiris acquired the valuable watch with the promise of payment, but failed to fulfill his commitment. The jeweler further reveals a disturbing twist to the story. On the day Osiris took possession of the timepiece, Seth alleges that the singer made a phone call, pretending to be his accountant and instructing them to send a wire transfer the following day. LOS ANGELES (July 18, 2023) – In the wake of the recently called SAG-AFTRA strike, the non-profit SAG-AFTRA Foundation issued an urgent appeal for donations to support its charitable Emergency Financial Assistance Program, dedicated to providing crucial emergency financial aid to SAG-AFTRA performers in urgent financial need due to the work stoppage.

SAG-AFTRA Foundation President Courtney B. Vance said, “For nearly 40 years, our Foundation’s mission has included providing emergency financial assistance to SAG-AFTRA performers and their families in times of unexpected crises and dire hardship. With 165,000 members on strike for a fair TV, theatrical and streaming contract and no resolution in sight, we must raise critical funds now to not only meet the current need and expected demand, but also to maintain the Foundation’s ongoing assistance programs. It’s a massive challenge, but we’re determined to meet this historic moment. McDonald Ferguson affectionately known as Ferg, is a trailblazer connecting the world of high-performance athletic wear with today’s billion-dollar fashion industry. The former pro football player launched FERGO Sports with nothing but a dream and passion for creating excellence in sports performance wear in 1993.  

McDonald credits humble beginnings in Free Grand, Bahamas with sparking his entrepreneurial mindset and planting the seeds for his love of fashion. A seamstress by trade, his mother taught him from an early age that looking good was essential to playing good, and that mantra became his personal belief system.  “We see franchise players like Deion Sanders preaching this same belief system that looking good equates to playing good, and that’s the foundation FERGO Sports was built upon.”  

After a freak accident ended his professional football career prematurely, McDonald returned to his roots. Pulling from a childhood memory, McDonald decided to attempt to create football jerseys that would be stylish yet high performance. A former star player, he was all too familiar with the shortcomings of athletic wear and set out to create something different. He approached his high school coach and asked for an opportunity to create the team’s jerseys. It took some convincing, but the coach agreed and FERGO Sports was birthed. That first season was riddled with lessons but never one to run from adversity, McDonald applied every bit of his passion for sports into his fashion business. He studied the retail business and looked for ways to separate his brand from the competition.  

McDonald defines FERGO Sports as a brand created for athletes by athletes, with garments that are fashion forward while allowing for top performance on both the field and the court. Aiming to compete and conquer household names like Nike, Under Armour, Puma etc. McDonald’s vision is for the brand to be represented in every household, field and court across the country. His nickname provided the perfect acronym for the company, FERGO, a brand For Every Race and Generation Organization. ”The global apparel industry market size was projected to reach 1.7 trillion in 2022,” McDonald shares. “FERGO Sports is a global company that services all races, cultural backgrounds and even generations. Sports is a unified global community, and our goal is to one day be able to accommodate the entire scope of this community.” 

The flagship product, the FERGO Sports authentic jersey dress was recently granted continuing licensure with the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) for use with over 110 colleges and universities. McDonald decided to go with the athleisure style dress featuring each school’s official logo, mascot and name as its premiere piece because he felt it was important to celebrate women’s contribution to sports. “We wanted to offer an opportunity for women to be fashionable and yet authentically support their favorite sports teams,” McDonald explained. “You don’t see many pieces celebrate femininity in athleisure wear, so this was the perfect collaboration to launch.” 

FERGO Sports has received licensing for several additional products; including yoga mats and workout gear. As the brand enters its 21st year the collective goal is to expand into official uniforms and performance wear for both collegiate and professional athletes. The mission remains to create performance apparel and equipment with sleek, modern design that is not only fully functional, but also fashionable, comfortable, and fully sustainable. The company is forecasted to be a multimillion-dollar venture over the next two years.  

As the visionary behind the brand, McDonald wants employees, mentees, and anyone the brand touches to grasp the message behind his testimony. “You are the one that determines your future. Don’t let others define it.” Aside from hard-work and following one’s passion, McDonald says the secret to success is as simple as dreaming without limitations. “Never stop dreaming, because when you stop dreaming, you stop living,” he shares.  

On Tuesday, the defamation trial of rapper Doodie Lo against instagram model FTN Bae was scheduled to start in a south Florida federal courthouse where FTN Bae accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her child in the past. While rapper Doodie Lo was never charged with that crime, the model continued accusing of the claim on social media. At some point he filed a lawsuit seeking damages in excess of 30 million. Moments before the case was to have commenced, model FTN Bae was arrested outside of the federal courthouse and was carted off to a local jail charged with an unrelated criminal case. While she was in jail for the day the case proceeded to trial while only rapper Doodie Loe had an opportunity to present his side. The case went given to the jury the same day and the rapper was awarded a judgment of 11 million dollars.

During the day reports appeared on several blog sites and social media pages reporting the rapper’s victory but what wasn’t known to many was the fact that FTN Bae wasn’t present for the trial and never had an opportunity to tell her side of the story. Many stories floating around on the internet suggested that she was arrested for lying in the federal case for perjury however that never happened. Additionally, one of the cops that participated in the earlier arrest of her that day was scheduled top testify for rapper Doodie Lo as a plaintiff witness. In an interview with HHE’s Dennis Byron on Instagram after her release from jail, she told a different tale of what actually happened and why she didn’t appear at her trial. She also wrote a very passionate letter to the presiding judge in the case and stated that she would like for him to allow her to file a motion to have the verdict reversed and give her an opportunity to have her day in court.(see below) She alleged in her writing that she believed that the plaintiff and his counsel engaged in an act of fraud and deception to the court and that she can prove it if she’s allowed to file her motion. U.S. District Rodney Smith gave Britney Elder aka FTN Bae 2 weeks to have her motion filed with the court.

The attorney representing David Saulsberry aka Doodie Lo is no stranger to controversy either as attorney Ariel Mitchell was accused of offering a witness in a case involving r n b singer Trey Songz over $100,000 to change her story in a civil case involving the singer.

“According to the transcript, Thielen — who was with Jeffries the night of Trey’s alleged assault — says Mitchell offered to pay between $100k-$200k if she’d lie and say she witnessed Trey sexually assault Jeffries … and claim that Trey assaulted her too. Mitchell allegedly said she was trying to paint Trey as “the next R. Kelly.”

Thielen says Mitchell’s plan was to take her allegations to Trey’s team in hopes of coming to a monetary settlement, and her lies would help to make that amount larger … again, this according to the transcript.” That case is currently being investigated by the Florida Bar Association according to our sources.

Ron Dyce Debuts His Latest Shoe Line at This Year’s New York Fashion Week

56% of Fashion executives are not optimistic about 2023 in fashion, and many fashion houses are expected to slow down on showcasing their collections. A rising star in the fashion world, Ron Dyce Collections is set to produce his first ever highly anticipated show at this year’s New York Fashion Week (NYFW). The designer of the patented 24 karat gold leather bottoms will be showcasing a combination of collections on February 12th in his solo runway show.

America’s Next Top Model Bianca Gold will be the show’s red carpet host with a special appearance by Love and Hip Hop star Bambi who will grace the catwalk in her official return to the fashion world.

In celebration of the 50th year of hip hop, designer Ron Dyce has invited legendary DJ Mister CEE to provide some of his classic dj mixes on the 1’s and 2’s for the official afterparty.

After having a successful year with his designs modeled in magazines such as Glamour and Harper Bazaar, Ron Dyce will be debuting his “Ultimate Collection” during New York Fashion Week in Brooklyn. The show will be co-hosted by Bianca Golden of America’s Next Top Model and industry producer Ray DeJON. Ron Dyce has enlisted the aesthetics of celebrity stylist, Yachi who will be curating the collection to bring the designer’s vision to life.

This is Ron Dyce’s first solo NYFW show. He is expected to debut spring, summer, fall & winter during NYC Fashion Week, making Dyce one of the only designers to present all collections at one show. According to the event details, Ron Dyce is expected to debut a record number of 50+ looks during a high-end luxury show. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the designer behind the Gold bottom heel that is rivaling Louboutin’s red bottoms. The show is ideal for those seeking to elevate personal style by wearing Black-owned high-end luxury designers.

While Ron Dyce has presented streetwear designs in past runway shows, this solo show introduces NYFW to the many styles of Ron Dyce. “This is more than producing a show for Ron Dyce. This is putting a year’s worth of designs in front of prospective buyers and influencers who may be familiar with his work from past shows. In a recent poll taken by Business of Fashion (BoF), Fashion executives do not believe the current conditions of fashion will evolve. This leaves an opportunity for new and emerging independent brands to showcase their unique collections.
