Judge Joe Brown has been arrested in Memphis according to TMZ. Brown was arrested Monday as he attempted to get inside a Memphis juvenile court to represent a client in a child support case.
It was reported that the court staff was not aware of the case and Brown was turned away, but Brown wasn’t taking that as a final answer.
Judge Joe Brown reportedly blew his lid, became verbally abusive and almost caused a riot.
Brown was charged with contempt and ordered to spend 5 days in jail.
