A Ferguson, Mo. resident has stepped forward with a video purporting to be that of cop Darren Wilson who is responsible for the death of slain teen Michael Brown and claimed that he too was a victim of police harassment and unlawful arrest. In the 15 second video, you can see the exchange between Mike Arman and Wilson where the cop tells him that he threatened to “lock his ass up” for recording him.

According to the police report, Wilson came to Arman’s home to write him a summons for having several abandon vehicles on his property which allegedly was a city ordinance violation. What should have been a simple summons issuance turned ugly once Wilson saw that he was being recorded by the homeowner.

Resident Mike The video begins with Arman asking the officer his name, and Wilson replies, “If you wanna take a picture of me one more time, I’m going to lock your a– up.”

Arman replies he is not taking a picture but recording the incident, then Wilson walks several feet toward him.

Arman asks Wilson if he has the right to record the incident and Wilson replies “no” and says “come on” as the video comes to a shaky end.

The video shows only a small glimpse of the encounter but Arman writes in the description of the video posted Friday that Wilson violated his First Amendment rights, arrested him unlawfully and lied on the police report.

All charges have been dropped against Arman however Ferguson officials stated that they don’t believe it is Wilson in the video. That sounds very odd since Darren Wilson confirmed in his police report that he was being recorded by Arman.

A grand jury is deciding whether to prosecute Darren Wilson for the death of Mike Brown.
