Kelis Shows Off Her Baby Bump At AfroPunk Festival In NYC

The public has not heard much from singer Kelis since her album “Food” released last year, but now she’s back and this time with a baby bump. During her performance at the AfroPunk Festival in Commodore Barry Park in Brooklyn, the “Food” singer hopped on stage rocking red hair and wearing a pink kimono that fits perfectly over her bump. The singer performed a melody of songs over the weekend at the Brooklyn-based AfroPunk festival.”I need a fan…I’m hot and pregnant!” she said to fans who in turn applauded her.

“I didn’t know Kelis was pregnant so when she came out on that #Afropunk stage, I was like “wait, what? OMG!” tweeted a fan.

Kelis, who just turned 36 on Friday, is already the mother to 6-year-old Knight Jones, who she had with rapper Nas.

Although, it is unclear who the father of her second child is, sometime last year Kelis was romantically linked to a mystery man named Michael Mora, who calls her his wife on Instagram. Could Michael Mora possibly be her baby daddy?

Also, Look out for her upcoming cookbook called “My Life On A Plate: Recipes From Around The World,” which will be available for purchase on September 3rd.
