Pop sensation Rihanna who is currently on tour in Europe until December, was hospitalized before set to perform in Sweden. The “We Found Love” singer sent out a tweet apologizing to her friends & fans in Sweden for cancelling her show on Monday night. The 23 year old was diagnosed with what doctors call “severe exhaustion” a term we’re more frequently used to hearing when dealing with someone like troubled former actress Lindsay Lohan.
