Dwayne Michael Carter, better known as Lil Wayne or “Weezy,” is set to deliver ‘Dedication 4′ the mixtape hosted by DJ Drama on Sept. 3, today at 4:00pm. He prepped his fans by delivering a two-minute trailer consisting of black and white images and sound clips including a soundbyte from President Obama who “name-dropped” Weezy during a commencement speech.
