For admired filmmaker Spike Lee, the New Year started off rocky with the passing of his brother. On December 31, 2013 Lee announced that his younger brother Christopher Lee passed away. Although the news of his brother was devastating Lee still brought in the New Year with good friends Jay-Z and Beyonce. The cause of his brothers death has not been released.
