Word is out that Tyrese Gibson has lied about Will & Jada Smith giving him 5 million dollars to help pay his legal fees for his ongoing child custody case.

A close family source told  TMZ that the couple did not give Tyrese any money, but they are concerned about his mental health.

Tyrese took to Instagram last week after posting a very emotional video of him crying about not being able to see his daughter and his financial woes. He later posted an IG post with the following comment:

“When we show UP for each other, there’s nothing that can’t be done! Jada Pinkett-Smith and my brother Will Smith just sent us 5 million to help keep us afloat. You guys asked to get off and stay off the internet now that my daughter’s legal fees will be paid!” 

Tyrese’s bizarre behavior has left many of us puzzled especially after he posted another video of him crying in his kitchen. Watch Below

It is no secret that Tyrese may be suffering from a mental health problem sources revealed that during his child custody proceedings the judge presiding over the case cleared the courtroom so Tyrese’s doctor could explain his mental disorder in private.

So are these latest stunts results from a mentally ill Tyrese? Or is this a genius marketing scheme to get us all set up for his next project? Who knows, but what we do know is that Tyrese is falling off big time. And lying on 2 of the most powerful people in the movie industry is not a wise idea either.

Yesterday, actor/rapper Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges appeared at the Fulton County courthouse in Georgia to ask a judge to reduce his $7,000 a month child-support payment. According to our sources, he claims that he doesn’t have the resources to make the temporary payment that was ordered by the court weeks ago.

If you believe the rapper would have the nerve to show up to court driving his baby blue Bentley, think again because he arrived to court in a grey tinted late model mustang which was parked out of the watchful eyes of the paparazzi’s.

Our sources stated that the explanation he provided to the judge was that because of the recent death of actor Paul Walker, the money that he would have made for “Fast and Furious 7” was placed on hold. Wasn’t that the same reason singer Tyrese used in his child support case for not being able to pay a hefty child support order?

Apparently the presiding judge wasn’t just taking his word, so she ordered him to produce financials (last year’s tax returns) as well as subpoenaing financial records as it relates to the movie production payments to him or lack thereof.

Coming in for the number 1 spot is Usher Raymond IV. Usher has been around since the 1990’s selling millions of records, and continues to put out hit after hit songs and sold out concerts. He is the only singer that is currently on track to reach the status of the late great Michael Jackson. The singer possesses charm and charisma that has even made family court judges & lawyers go head over heels for him. He is also one of the hardest working men in the business with a upcoming starring role in a movie that will depict the life of boxing great Sugar Ray Leonard. The boxer had a successful career who also did some acting however in 2011 he wrote a autobiography where he spoke about how he was molested by a coach at an early age. Something tells us that the singer’s role in this movie will have many talking for a very long time.

Taking the number 2 spot is R.Kelly.

Also known as the Pide Piper of R&B, and one of the most successful R&B Artist of all time, he is also known for his songwriting and producing talents.

Coming in at number 3 is Chris Brown

Chris Brown is a multi-talented artist, who is known for his singing, rapping, dancing, producing, and acting skills. With over 4 successful albums, Chris continues to put out hit after hit as the bad boy of R & B. Despite his personal problems of the past, he has proven to his fans he is somebody who loves his craft and will work hard to stay at the top of his game. His dancing ability is unmatched at the present and there have been only two who have game close to his skills of our times and that was singer superstar Usher Raymond and rapper Bow Wow.

Coming in at number 4 is Jamie Foxx

Jamie is an actor, singer, song-writer, stand up comedian, radio talk show host. He has set his mark in this business that there aren’t any limits as to what one can do. He has excelled in every part of his career.

Miguel takes the number 5 spot

Releasing his debut album in 2010 “All I Want Is You” had many wondering where Miguel has been all these years. People instantly fell in love with his sound. His sound is different, and its something people want more of. His two hit singles “Sure Thing” and “All I Want Is You” went through the roof once it was released.

Coming in at number 6 is Lloyd

Lloyd took off with his solo career in 2004, with his hit single “Southside” ft. Ashanti, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 Charts and became a top 30 hit. After parting ways with Murder Inc back in 2009, he manages to maintain a successful career.

Number 7 is Tyrese

Singer, actor, and author Tyrese has released several albums, and even transitioned his career into film. This clearly makes him a triple threat in the world of entertainment and literary skills.

In the number 8 spot is Ne-Yo

Ne-Yo is a song-wrtier, singer, producer and actor. Ne-Yo started his career as a song-writer,and while continuing to do so he transitioned to Ne-Yo the singer. He has written many hits for a number of artists including himself.

Coming in at number 9 is Trey Songz

Trey Songz, known for his number of hit songs and club bangers, has continued to put out hits consitantly. He sure knows how to make a hit.

Taking the number 10 spot is Robin Thicke

Besides Robin Thicke being a singer, he is also a song-writer, and actor, who has written hits for popular artists in the industry. His R&B sound and overall artist skills makes many forget that he’s not one of the brothers. Fans went wild when he and rapper Nicki Minaj hit up the David Letterman show back in 2010 which garnered him an even wider audience.

Tyrese and Chilli get close in the trailer to “Nothing On You”, the third single off of Tyrese’s latest album, Open Invitation. R&B crooner, Tyrese had only amazing things to say about Chilli, stating “Sexy, smart, classy , grace and integrity doesn’t come easy all in one woman these days. When Chilli agreed to do my “Nothing On You” video, I just knew it would be special. Chill returned the love stating “Working with Tyrese, didn’t feel like work at all. There was so much chemistry between us, everything flowed naturally. The video for “Nothing On You” drops Valentine’s Day 2012, until then check out all the behind the scenes pics and trailer below!

According to Rap-Up.com, Hip Hop veteran DMX who’s been absent from the game for a minute is returning this Spring. He announced via press release that his upcoming album will be released Spring of 2012 and includes features from Busta Rhymes, jennifer Hudson and Tyrese as well as production from Swizz Beats and Deezie.

This will be DMX’s first official release since his release from an Arizona prison back in July 2011. “Expect hip-hop. Expect real music. Expect the Dog to be back”, said Swizz Beats about the album.

R&B singer, Tyrese, recently sat down with Necole Bitchie’s BitchieTV to promote his new album, Open Invitation and to talk about the single, “Stay”. Somehow that promo turned into 2 minutes and 46 seconds of Tyrese dropping knowledge for the ladies on how to avoid becoming two types of stereotypical female: A. the trophy girlfriend/wife with no goals or B. Miss “Too Independent”.

Although his delivery seems a bit weird, Tyrese just might be on to something. What man wants a lady who lacks ambition? At the same time, independent women shouldn’t come across as so guarded and as not “needing a man”. See what Tyrese had to say for yourself. Video below.

Gibson spilled the goods on his upcoming album, which was completed within his home. “I had 14 people sleeping at my crib for three weeks,” said Tyrese.
