Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa has earned gold certification for his major label debut album Rolling Papers. The Taylor Gang leader celebrated selling over 500,000 units with a plaque presentation at Atlantic Records offices.
Wiz had earned platinum plaques for his hits “Black and Yellow” which certified triple platinum and “Roll Up” which earned its platinum status just last month.
A humble Wiz tweeted yesterday, “Thnx To Everyone At Atlantic And Especially Rostrum Records.” He also added, “These Platnium Plaaques Got me Thankful For Every Positive Person In My Life”.
