Dallas Police Department Lieutenant Regina Smith is leading a second life that the Dallas PD isn’t too thrilled about. The veteran law enforcement officer who is the head of two investigative units in Dallas, has a gangster rapper alter ego – Lucille Baller. Yes, you read that right, Lucille Baller.
Smith released a video as her alter ego where she says “Lucy keep it real, I’m going to tell you like it is. Don’t push Ms. Lucy, because you won’t like the consequences. Lucy got a drawer full of all day suckers, don’t mess with me, or I will shoot the [expletive], ‘cuz Lucille Baller she been to hell and back.”

The lieutenant lost her husband who was also a police officer, in the line of duty in 2009. That paired with her revenge-seeking lyrics lead many people to wonder if Lieutenant Smith is mentally capable of serving as a law enforcement officer. Smith has been suspended and the Dallas PD is currently investigating whether or not she has violated police standards.
