Nas the Don is back! The hip-hop king debuts a studio version of his new single “The Season” after playing a preview at the “Run The Jewels” event in Brooklyn. Over J Dilla’s “Gobstopper” beat, he pays homage to the late producer and shouts out Detroit.
“Dilla lives on / It’s like he wrote it with me / The soulful sample compliments my rhymes so well,” he raps.
Nas is also working on an upcoming album.
