Finally, we reach miss Phaedra Parks who is hiding out from the paparazzi in an Augusta, GA hotel room with her children the morning of her husband Apollo’s sentencing for fraud. After the sentencing Apollo felt abandoned by his wife who did not show at the hearing. During the hearing he was sentenced to 8 years and must pay a 1.9 million dollar fine for his misdeed.

Phaedra finally returns home days after to face her husband, who was pissed that she didn’t show up at his sentencing hearing. Apollo plays the “victim” and claims he wants out of the marriage after he is released because of Phaedra’s lack of support, communication, and emotion to one of the biggest crisis in his life. They argue in front of their son and Phaedra’s mother about where their marriage stands and Phaedra claims that he has to own responsibility for his own actions and how he has ruined her name, that she has worked so hard for. Was Phaedra wrong for not standing by her husband’s side in a crisis? Is committing a crime the result to an ending of a marriage?

    Todd Tucker & Kandi Burruss

Apollo meets up with Todd to talk about his wife’s lack of involvement with his current situation. Kandi, however feels that her loyalty goes to Phaedra and she just says hello and leaves. In the confessional, Kandi Burruss commented about former President Bill Clinton and the scandal that involved his former intern Monica Lewinsky. It was especially interesting hearing how Kandi didn’t have an issue with explicitly referring to the act the two had engaged in at the Oval office.
