With his Gold Album due next year it seems Tyga is feeling the Golden standard while making his money. In an interesting investment it was announced today Tyga has put $5 million dollars into the premium rolling paper company Shine Papers. Shine Papers is best known for their 24 karat gold rolling papers which sell for $4.60 per single leaf.
Tyga is extremely excited about the business venture as he will become the Creative Director of the company. As an investor and a client, he describes the papers as a “premium experience” stating ” why burn paper when you can burn 24 karat gold?”. Of course for him being a native of California, Tyga is no stranger to premium smoking experiences.
With the growing legalization of marijuana across the United States, there might be more people ready to partake in the premium experience as well.
Even still Shine Papers doesn’t want to be known as a brand that caters specifically to marijuana smokers. With a certified tree smoker like Tyga on the board of directors, we will see how that delicate balance plays out.
