The highly anticipated weeding of NBA star Carmelo Anthony & TV personality Lala Vasquez finally happened this past weekendin New York City which was attended by some of the biggest names in television, sports and music. The bride and groom made there grand entrance at Cipriani’s of New York and were greeted by friends and family as they arrived.
Anthony married LaLa Vasquez, the former MTV video jockey, Saturday evening at Cipriani on 42nd St. before a star-studded crowd of guests. In attendance were Spike Lee, Kim Kardashian, Justin Timberlake, Serena Williams, Ludacris, Rapper Trina, radio personality Angie Martinez, and a variety of basketball stars that included Amare Stoudemire, Kenyon Martin and Lamar Odom.
Spike Lee told reporters as he entered that his goal for the next round of free agency is to convince Carmelo Anthony to come to the Knicks to play alongside Stoudemire.
