Last night as America sat in front of their TV’s and tweeted about the somewhat boring 54th Annual Grammy Awards, we were busy compiling our favorite performances of the night, just in case you missed them. Check out all the video below of Hip Hop Enquirer’s fave performances of the night!
Although it was one of the last performances of the night, people are still in shock and disgust, after Nicki Minaj showed up on the red carpet escorted by a Pope-like gentleman, followed up by her performance which was an attempt at expression through art but just came out as a mess!
After the passing of R&B/Pop icon Whitney Houston on Saturday night, Jennifer Hudson performed a heartfelt tribute to the fallen songstress and it was one of the best/most anticipated moments of the night.
In what was probably the mens’ favorite part of the night, Rihanna performed “We Found Love” with a stage full of dancers and a duet with Coldplay’s Chris Martin as they performed “Prince of China”.
Speaking of Rihanna, Chris Brown made his return back to the Grammy’s with his techno-inspired performance of his single “Beautiful People”. Chris killed it with his dance moves and great set/concept, as usual.
