In a recent interview with DJ Whoo Kid, Wiz Khalifa who made major moves in 2012 talked about what it was like to work with entertainment mogul/rapper, 50 Cent. The two worked together on the track “Telescope” which appeared on Wiz’ latest album, O.N.I.F.C.. Here’s what Wiz had to say about the collaboration:
I called [50 Cent], I got the beat from Harry Fraud and I heard 50 all over it, man…I hit him up. I was in New York. He came through. He drank mad water and recorded his verse.”
The Taylor Gang rapper also touched on wanting to work with the infamous Dr. Dre, saying:
“It should happen. I live in L.A. so it would be easy. I told Snoop to put it together for me. He said when he feels like Dre’s ready, that’s when he’s gonna do it. I don’t know what that means. That’s what Snoop said.”
