Swizz Beatz Talks On Working On Jay-Z’s New Album Magna Carta Holy Grail
Swizz Beatz, one of the chefs in the kitchen helping cook up Jay-Z’s new album Magna Carta Holy Grail spoke with Vibe about the upcoming project dropping July 4th.
Swizz revealed that the Samsung commercials was actually a studio session that the producers pulled footage from and that he’s been working with Jigga for 17 years now.
“That jam session was happening for real. What they seen on TV wasn’t no script. That was real and it just happened to be cameras rolling. We was vibing like that for real. Timbaland had his drum machine and I had mine. We got footage and I wish Jay would let us put it out. The vibe was great. His energy was great and that’s why this album is great.”
