Victims In Rapper Doe B Shooting Are Suing Venue And Owner

    Since the tragic shooting at the Centennial Bar & Grill in Montgomery, Alabama that resulted in the deaths of Hustle Gang member Glenn “Doe B” Thomas and Kimberly Johnson; three lawsuits have been filed against the club. Keldric Landon, 23, filed on Monday along with a joint suit from Clarence Young Jr., 20, and Ferro Bennett, 20, on Thursday. Richard Davis, 24, is the latest to file a lawsuit against the business and its owner.

    According to Michael Strickland, representing three of the victims “Young was shot once and Bennett was shot three times…Landon was shot three times.” Davis was also shot three times and had to undergo surgery.

    After the December 28 shooting the club was named “an imminent threat to the public’s safety” -Todd Strange (Mayor, City of Montgomery)
