Female emcee, Kanary Diamonds, is one of Hip Hop’s sexiest female rappers reigning from Watts, California and her ambition and drive will definitely place her on the list of Hip Hop’s greatest rap legends. The half-Boricua bombshell deems herself as unstoppable, and we can’t disagree, given her amazing stage presence, star potential, vivacious sex appeal and genius lyrics.

Her newest mixtape, “NO GRAVITY”, which was re-released via iTunes on July 30th, 2013, is available for download on various mixtape sites and has recieved over 50k downloads on DatPiff alone. “NO GRAVITY” was featured on WorldStarHipHop as DatPiff’s number #2 pick. Her music videos have been featured on popular music television and web outlets such as WorldStarHipHop, MTV, BET, and VH1. Currently, Kanary is working on her second extended play (her first being “Mirror Mirror”, which was released in 2009) in collaboration with Grammy Award winning producer, Young Yonni, who is most notable for “Say Aah” by Trey Songz and “Batteries” by Ginuwine featuring Trina.

The unnamed upcoming EP will feature her latest single, “I Ain’t Her”, now available for purchase and download on iTunes. The video was released a little over a week ago on June 11th; the single has been featured on various radio stations such as WPWX Power 92.3 FM, 101.2 The Beat, Shade 45 Sirus/XM, and much more. “I Ain’t Her” displays the sexy Indie songstress expressing that she will not let a guy get her confused for another. Kanary Diamonds has toured and collaborated with an abundance of big-name artists, such as Colby O’Donis, Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Tatyana Ali (where she shows off her Puerto Rican side in “Candy Girl”), The Game, Tyrese, Chingy, and even second richest figure in the American Hip Hop scene, and one of her biggest inspirations, Dr. Dre. She’s showed off her stage presence by performing at Magic John’s Mardi Gras and NBA All-Star events. Don’t think that’s all for Kanary, for she has performed as an opening act for the legendary KRS-ONE, Chris Brown, Schoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar and Snoop Dogg and even served as an interviewer for Nick Cannon for DOPE Magazine’s 2013 Winter Edition. Since her gracious arrival into the Hip Hop game, Kanary Diamonds has taken social media by storm with thousands of Instagram followers, over 75k Twitter followers, 50k Facebook fans and 2.0 million YouTube views collectively. She’s had over 150 television and film production placements on popular shows ranging from Love and Hip Hop to CSI Miami to ABC Family’s Twisted. Her single, “Came To Party”, was featured as the opening song for Fox’s hit series, Glee (Season 5 Episode 5).

With absolutely no signs of slowing up, this diligent, focused and zealous 24-years-young artist is most definitely taking a name for herself in the Hip Hop game and it definitely wouldn’t be any surprise if she was in the top 10 list of, not female rappers, but legendary rappers as a whole.
