Gwinnett County police suspect that an ongoing feud between rap groups, Migos and 2G, resulted in the murder of a local fan on June 11th.

The victim, 23-year-old Paris Brown, was at a hotel party when he was hit by a stray bullet that investigators say was intended for Migo member, Offset. Surveillance footage from the Duluth hotel captured two armed men entering the hotel party then running out just a few seconds later.

Offset was picked up for questioning but police say the rapper was uncooperative and more worried about his street credibility and  unwilling to disclose any information to investigators. One of the gunmen, Cory Marzette, a known 2G affiliate has been identified and arrested. Kiari Cephus, or Offset, was not charged in the case and police are still looking for the other gunman.
