The Game has never been shy about addressing someone either on a track or in person. He also has never been afraid to lay hands on them (ask 40 Glocc). Now Game may begin to reconsider throwing hands as his latest fisticuffs may cost him $12 million dollars!
Back in March, Game punched an off-duty cop named Onyebuchi Awaji during a basketball game. That cop has filed a $12 million dollar lawsuit according to court documents. The charges in amount are broken down as such:
Pain and suffering: $1,000,000
Emotional distress: $1,000,000
Medical expenses (to date): $50,000
Medical expenses (future): $100,000
Punitive damages: $10 million
The Game currently awaits trial and has not responded to the lawsuit. The thought alone of losing $12 million because you lost your temper must be making him sick.
Awaji should change his last name to Pacquiao, asking for this much money for taking a punch. If Game does indeed pay up then he might have to step in a boxing ring for real to make that money back.
