In a recent interview, Love and Hip Hop star Althea “Thi Thi” Heart sat down with the Hip Hop Enquirer’s Dennis Byron to talk about new music, hard learned lessons, and finding love.
Thi Thi revealed to us that the rumors are true, she will be back on television. She spoke briefly on the new show by letting us know that it won’t be a part of Tamar and Vince’s program but it will be appearing on WE TV. Heart didn’t reveal very much about the upcoming show but she spoke about her and Benzino’s cameo saying she had a great time on the Tamar and Vince show.
Heart also spoke about “Controversy,” her new song that she just finished recording. When asked why she picked that name for her new project Heart replied. “I think that me going on the show it was a lot of controversy so it was just a given name,” said Heart.
What a lot of people may not know about Althea Heart is that she has been pursuing a career in music long before LHHA. She discussed how being on the show was a great opportunity and how she was able to put together an album after it. Thi Thi attributes her career being taken to the next level by her never giving up and just being ready.
“I love singing, I think that it’s a part of me. It’s not something that I’m trying to be, it’s something that just is,” said Heart during the interview.
Speaking on her relationship with Benzino, Heart said that they knew of each other and once they finally got around each other they “just clicked.” She mentioned how they both dated around but never really got gelled with anyone.
