While DMX is sitting in a jail cell, his son Xavier Simmons is selling his dad’s platinum records on online. Xavier has plans to start his own music career, needing the cash, he placed a few of his father’s records on Ebay, the auction website.
DMX lived with his wife and Xavier until 2007 and ended up leaving tons of valuable items around the house like his platinum records.
According to TMZ, Xavier has a few items currently listed on eBay that are DMX’s platinum records for And Then There Was X and Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood, both going for $3,000.00 X’s feels betrayed after finding out his son is selling his records and says the items do not belong to his son.
The public got a first glance of the bad blood between the father and son on an episode of “Iyanla: Fix My Life” back in 2013.
Does his son have a legal claim to his father’s platinum collection or will DMX press charges once he is finally released to recover from his loss?
