Veteran New York rapper Jadakiss dropped his new single called “Jason.” Just in time for Halloween, the grimy Swizz Beatz production will have your ears ringing throughout the track, with an eerie, droning synth and booming wood-block percussion. Swizz also lends his vocals at the beginning of the song. Inspired by the cult-classic horror film Friday the 13th, Jada’s raspy vocals can be heard loud and clear on “Jason.”
“This shit is all a facade, thought it was all a surprise/I heard all of the stories, seen all of the lies/Long as the work is official, then the corner supplied/At the end of the day, n*ggas, we gonna survive.” raps Jada.
“Jason” is the latest single from Jadakiss’ upcoming album called “Top 5 Dead or Alive.”
