Metta World Peace, or Ron Artest if you haven’t followed his name change in the past few years, is giving the Kardashians some words over the Lamar Odom situation. As apparently the Kardashians being in the hospital forced Lamar Odom’s two children to “wait in line” to see their bedridden father.
“This is nothing against Khloe. This is for the celebrities that are coming to see Lamar. They should know they’re taking time away from Lamar’s children.” He told L.A. Daily News. Peace said, “The only Kardashian that needs to be there is Khloe. Not every Kardashian needs to be around. They need to keep it simple, so Lamar’s children can see him whenever they want to see him. They’re waiting in line to see their own father.”
World Peace signed with the Lakers again this year after a stint overseas and played with Lamar not only on championship Lakers back in 2009 but in AAU basketball as teenagers. As hospitals have strict regulations to keep visitors down to at two or even just one, the point is very valid and profound. Since he was close to death, the kids should have been first and foremost on the visit list.
