Its not everyday HHE gets a sit down with Royalty, but when we did, it was only natural of us to ask music related questions. While in Atlanta to host an African Art Gala Fundraiser event for her charity Empower54, Princess Modupe Ozolua of the Benin Kingdom, Nigeria shares with HHE her music track list, while she’s planning such an event.

While getting ready for an event, I listen to:
‘Chandelier’ by Sia and ‘Broken Sorrow’ by Nuttin But Stringz (on repeat)

While riding in my car, I listen to:
Rihanna, Swedish House Mafia, Nuttin But Stringz

    My musical tastes include:
A combination of Rap, R&B, House and Nigerian music

    My favorite artist is:
Rihanna has to be a favorite. I love her song, Diamonds. She is very comfortable in her own skin and continues to evolve into who she inspires to be without worrying about people’s opinions. I like that.

Album of all time goes to:
Madonna’s Ray of Light. Love all the songs on the album, with ‘Frozen’ being my all time favorite.

    My favorite Nigerian artist is:
Banky W. He is a famous Nigerian R&B musician that has successfully blended the American style of R&B with Nigerian music and local languages. I love his song ‘Strong Thing‘.
