This past Friday FT Hopout debuted his Go Getta Visions directed video for “Raw Dawgs” on HypeBeast.

Hailing from Compton’s Fruit Town, this Los Angeles rapper made a mark on the L.A. scene in March of 2016 when he released his viral single “I’m From Fruits,” produced by Kamaar G5.

“When I decided to turn my negatives into positives, I set an objective. My name, FT HOPOUT means Fight.To.Help.Out.People.Open.Up.Today,” he said.

No stranger to performing around LA, FT HOPOUT has graced the stages of popular Hip-Hop venues across LA like Secret Sunday’s, DTLA NOVO and Original Mike’s so he’s familiar with taking his act on the road.

Now this young upstart has songs with Almighty Suspect, 1.TakeJay and BlueFace in the works that are sure to add to his rapidly growing buzz in SoCal.

“Hip-Hop and Rap Music to me means. Culture, representation and being able to represent yourself in the best way you know how. Overall it’s music, but it means so much to me.”

5 Travel Essentials to Bring If You’re on A Ketogenic Diet

0

Diets are very tricky to keep up with when you are away from your home, your kitchen, or your local shops that you’re used to buy your essentials from. The low-carb ketogenic diet can be hard to maintain on its own, traveling can make the job even harder. When traveling locally or internationally, you need to pack cleverly to stay in ketosis.

We have collected the five essentials you need to be prepared for your trip.

1.   Your Favorite Keto Snacks

While you are on the road to your destination, it’s always smart to bring some keto snacks to keep you energized. Whether you are taking a plane or you are driving, the chances of finding keto-friendly places are low depending on your destination. Being away is no excuse to break your diet. Pack your favorite snacks like low-carb nuts such as almonds to always be prepared.

2.   Keto-friendly food

While there is nearly no place that you can go to that will not have eggs and you can never eat too many eggs on a ketogenic diet, you might get bored quickly. Pack some of your favorite foods, especially those which are hard to find, double down on that if you are planning to travel internationally. Pack some salami, hard cheese, ham, and avocado oil to be safe wherever you are.

3.   MCT oil

MCT can be your ally when you’re to ditch those few pounds; it makes you feel full by releasing the hormones that are responsible for that feeling. The best thing about taking MCT oil with you is that it’s like carrying a chunk of energy that you can consume whenever you feel drained. It reduces the need of the body to store fat as an energy reserve. MCTs aren’t only a source of energy for the body, they are also a source of energy for the brain; having the ability to pass through the blood-brain barrier makes it easy to fuel your brain.

4.   Supplements

When you’re traveling, you may not have all the resources you need to keep your ketosis going, this is where ketogenic supplements shine. Keto flu, low energy, nutrients deficiencies are all symptoms of a ketogenic diet. The best way to deal with them is by using supplements to aid your diet; electrolytes supplements, important minerals that your body may easily lose in a keto diet; exogenous ketones, which are pure ketones manufactured in many forms. Ketofire is a collection of all the best supplements that can really help you out in a pinch or in a stable diet.

5.   Bring your Research

You need to research ahead about the place you’re going to visit; get to know the restaurants, café shops, and hotels. Knowing which restaurants are keto-friendly and which café shops offer great keto coffee is going to be very important. Always try to stay in a place with a kitchen included, so you could cook whenever you feel like it and not stray away from your diet frequently.

No one said ketogenic diets are easy, but no one said that they have to be hard either. When you’re traveling, you may be overwhelmed with all the preparations that you have to take care of so you wouldn’t mess up your diet. I would recommend not being too harsh on yourself, and enjoying yourself should be your priority. Research where you’re going and prepare yourself so you wouldn’t be caught off-guard.

How to Find a Reliable Lawyer for Car Accident Cases

0

Car accidents are traumatic for everyone involved. On top of the property damage, we often have to deal with injuries and financial stresses, as well. You may receive offers from ambulance chasers and every legal professional you know. However, you need an expert by your side to maximize both the odds of winning your case and minimizing the challenges you face personally. Let’s learn how to find a reliable lawyer for car accident cases.

Understand What You’re Looking For

You wouldn’t hire an estate attorney to handle a personal injury case. You know they don’t have the expertise required to do well with a personal injury case, whether it is related to a dog bite or car crash. If we were faced with a medical malpractice claim, most of us would seek a medical malpractice attorney because the cases are so complex that an attorney who handles more generic personal injury claims like assault and battery aren’t going to be as good as the experienced experts.

For these reasons, you want to find a lawyer who specializes in car accident cases. These are the professionals who know how to deal with auto insurance companies that don’t want to pay for a rental car while yours is in the shop or won’t pay out enough to pay off the note. Car accident attorneys know how to gather all of the necessary records to prove who is truly at fault and secure compensation from them. Another factor to consider is where the accident took place. State laws vary, and someone who doesn’t know the nuances of state law could cost you. If you’ve been in a car wreck in Florida, you need to hire a florida car accident attorney. This may mean you have to hire an attorney in the state you were visiting or only live in seasonally, not the state you live in full time.

Compare the Professionals Based on Their Metrics

What percentage of cases do the car accident attorneys win? Lawyers may improve their odds by not taking the difficult to win cases, but this also means that if they take your case, they’re almost certain they will win. However, you need to check their reviews and determine what percentage of their clients is unhappy with them. You don’t want to hire an attorney who guarantees they’ll settle your case, but that certainty comes with lost money.

For example, they may settle the case quickly for the minimum amount instead of detailing every expense associated with the case. Getting money to pay immediate medical bills and car repairs is a relief, but this is a disservice to you when you’re dealing with lost wages due to missed work, car rentals, childcare costs because you can’t take care of the kids, or physical therapy for your injury.

Understand the Terms and Conditions You’re Agreeing To

Always understand the terms and conditions you’re agreeing to before you hire an attorney. What fee will they charge if your case is successful? Is that a percentage of the settlement? Or will you owe a certain minimum amount even if the settlement is modest? What costs will you have to pay out-of-pocket?

For example, if you pay them an initial retainer, will they take a portion of your settlement on top of that or will the retainer be subtracted from what they’re owed? Always get the service contract in writing before you sign it, and keep a copy for your records. Note that most attorneys will not charge for an initial consultation, and if someone asks you to pay for extensive legal consultation without good odds of winning, find someone else. However, if the lawyer guarantees that they’ll win, that’s also a red flag.

You cannot afford to leave a complex legal case to amateurs. You must have competent, qualified and specialized legal advisors by your side when you’re dealing with a car accident and its aftermath.
