Mississippi’s Finest, Big K.R.I.T. released his highly anticipated mixtape, Last King 2: God’s Machine today and it’s a Southern Hip Hop Lover’s wet dream. This is the second mixtape this year from the Southern MC that’s been compared to Pimp C, and preludes his first official album, Live from the Underground which is set to drop on September 27.
Carmelo Anthony & La La Vasquez-Anthony
Our favorite couple of the moment, NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony and his wife, TV personality La La Vasquez-Anthony held a star studded event with a few of their famous friends (Serena Williams, Tyrese, Gabrielle Union, Snoop) at The Mark in Los Angeles, CA last night to celebrate their new reality show “La La’s Full Court Life.” These two are easily our favorite couple in the industry for obvious reasons. They both compliment each other very well, and never fail when it comes to their personal style! And this event was no exception!

The Kardashians will launch their “Kollection” for Sears which will hit stores (and our nerves) in the near future.
Captain Mike Parker of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department just released a press statement saying that in the interest of justice, rapper The Game will not be prosecuted for the “accidental tweet” that went out to his half million followers. “The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department will not be seeking criminal charges.” “Based upon our investigation, as well as consultation with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the LASD considers the criminal investigation into this matter closed.”

The internet was blazing on Wednesday August 17 when DC’s Wale released his latest mixtape The Eleven One Eleven Theory. Being one of hip hops most popular tweeters, Wale promised he would release this mixtape once his Twitter account gained 1 million followers. His fans flocked like vultures to a corpse causing web sites to crash due to way too many downloads of the mixtape at once.

The street artist turned household name died at the age of 27 from a heroin overdose, but his work remains a source of inspiration for young rebels and free spirits.
TI Pens Letter from The Big House
Rapper T.I., whose real name is Clifford J. Harris, is almost done completing an 11-month sentence after being arrested in 2010 for violating probation and failing a drug test. In the last leg of his sentence, the rapper has written a final letter to his fans via his personal blog before his release next month.

The biggest and brightest stars from the C list “celebrity” world all shined at the 9th Annual Ford Hoodie Awards in Las Vegas over the weekend. Don’t worry, we had to Google the event ourselves to actually know what exactly a Hoodie Award is, but apparently it was hosted by comedian Steve Harvey pictured above with his current wife Marjorie.

The most hated man in the NBA, LeBron James has made good use of his lockout time by taking a trip to China and spending some cute & cuddly quality time with the exotic wildlife. Here James is pictured at the country’s panda center feeding a bamboo stick to one of its’ inhabitants. If his basketball career ever falls through, looks like he’ll have a nice relaxing career as a zoo animal feeder. In a stunning development shaking the entertainment world, Grammy-winning singer, entrepreneur, and reality TV star Kandi Burruss has quietly filed for divorce from her husband Todd Tucker, according to a newly uncovered divorce petition filed in Fulton County Superior Court on November 21, 2025. The filing was made under her married legal name, K. Lenice Tucker.
The court document confirms what fans and industry insiders have been speculating for months: one of reality television’s most successful power couples is now headed toward a legal split.
According to the petition, Kandi states that the marriage between her and Todd is “irretrievably broken,” the statutory grounds required under Georgia law when no reconciliation is possible.

This means their separation had already been in effect for several months before Kandi filed the paperwork—suggesting that the marital issues had been ongoing behind the scenes.
The petition confirms that the couple shares two minor children, and Kandi is requesting:

Child support, she notes, should be determined under Georgia’s official guidelines.
