Not that it couldn’t get any worse for former Senior Federal Judge Jack Camp but it appears that another proverbial hammer is about to come down on this once highly respected jurist. Through a statement just released by US Attorney Sally Q. Yates, information has unsurfaced that there is a high possibility that convicted former Judge Jack Camp might have allowed racial prejudice & drugs to influence several of his cases while he was sitting on the bench. According to a statement released by US Attorney Sally Q. Yates, a witness has testified that Judge Jack Camp may have been influenced by the color of a defendant when he passed sentence on him. In our pursuit to report the facts of these shocking revelations we have decided to provide the public with an exact copy of the statement that was just sent to us by the US Attorney’s office.

Two of the most influential women of the popular radio station V103 in Atlanta let their behind the scenes drama make it to the airwaves according to Rodney Ho over at AJC.com and unfortunately it has cost one of them their job. Veteran radio producer Nina Brown of the Frank & Wanda Morning Show may have accidentally hit the “live switch” at the popular station during an argument she was having with on air Sports & Entertainment host Elle Duncan which apparently was heard by millions.

Here is what Rodney Ho is reporting:

V-103 morning sports/entertainment host Elle Duncan clashed with afternoon producer Nina Brown verbally last week. If this had happened behind closed doors, this would not be news. The problem: a snippet ended up going on air.

I received the audio. In it, we only hear Duncan: “Stop with that s*** too Nina, like you’re so [bleepin’] holier than thou!” A few seconds later, Ryan Cameron went on air as if nothing had happened.

I have no clue what the argument was about and what led to this comment. I also have no idea how even a few seconds of it ended up going over a live mike.

UPDATE at 4 p.m.: A source who actually heard this argument last week told me that she heard Brown may have flipped the mike on herself on purpose and thus got in trouble herself. She even had a chance to “dump” the audio after the fact because the show is delayed 45 seconds. She did not.

UPDATE at 9:59 p.m.: I have now heard that Brown is no longer at the station. And that the argument had something to do with some left-over pot-luck sweet potato pie. Seriously!

Duncan was off the air for about a week in what appears to be a suspension and returned this morning to the Frank and Wanda morning show, where she has been reporting sports and entertainment the past few months. Previously, she has been a mid-day host (her spot has yet to be filled) and before that, Cameron’s sidekick in the afternoons.

Duncan’s boss and V-103 general manager Rick Caffey declined to comment, per company policy.

Was all this over some sweet potato pie really? Not exactly the way to start the holidays.
