Accuracy and sourcing
Hip Hop Enquirer’s editorial standard is to report accurately, attribute material claims, and distinguish verified facts from allegations and developing reports. Court reporting should identify the relevant filing, ruling, or proceeding and make clear that an allegation or arrest is not a finding of guilt.
Original work and attribution
Articles should identify their author and credit photographs, interviews, documents, and reporting from other outlets. Readers can use author pages and linked source material to understand the basis of a report. Historical archive material retains its original publication date.
News, opinion, and advertising
Opinion and analysis should be identified clearly. Paid advertisements and sponsor messages should be labeled so readers can distinguish them from editorial reporting.
Corrections and updates
To report a possible error, contact the HHE newsroom with the article link, the passage in question, and supporting documentation. Material corrections should explain what was corrected; significant developments should be reflected in the article’s update information. Updating an article should not change its original publication date.
