The calculated crimes that resulted in the death of 24 people and over 116 attempted murders by James Holmes known infamously as the “Dark Knight” shooter has just entered it’s next phase as he has officially entered a not guilty plea by reason of insanity. In today’s hearing, the judge said that he finds ‘good cause’ to allow the change in plea, will not make his decision until May 28 – three days before a new hearing begins.
