Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan continue to prove their strength as a duo. Continuing with that winning streak, the two follow-up with their latest single “Hold Us,” featuring Atlanta affiliate Peewee Longway. As usual Rich Gang draws listeners in with their hypnotic and melodic flow on the Dun Deal-produced track.
“If we get locked up by the night/I know them folk gon’ try and hold us/Got grams for niggas on white/And we keep sealed for niggas wo pour up.”
Their upcoming mixtape “Rich Gang: The Tour Part 2” which was suppose to arrive on Christmas Eve, but it looks like it will see a future release in 2015, along with two solo projects. Peewee, who usually has a machine gun- type flow, seems to be slowed down on “Hold Us,” but that’s far from a terrible thing.
“If we get locked up by tonight/ I know these folk gon try to hold us/ Trappin’ all night in skinny jeans, got a bank roll that won’t fold up,” raps Quan.
