White Engineer Allegedly Steals South African Student’s Invention Months After His Mysterious Death

0

Mysterious Death of Young African Inventor

Nkosinathi Nkomo African student from the University of Cape Town died at the age of 24-years-old in December 2017. Just months before his death, he had gained national media attention for his water purification system called AquaRenu. An invention that could help South Africa’s water drought crisis. Questions and conspiracy theories began to arise about Nkosinathi Nkomo death. When one particular tweet from Western Cape Premier, Helen Zille of Retief Krige. Kringe is a white South African engineer with the same invention under a new name ‘Waterloo’ a few days ago.

Nkosinathi Nkomo’s AquaRenu, began gaining attention in October 2017. By December he was dead after allegedly falling from a multi-story building in Cape Town.

At the time of his death police didn’t offer much info other than there was no foul play.

“It’s been alleged that the deceased fell from the balcony of his fifth-floor apartment at the hotel. No foul play is suspected at this moment. ” – Western Cape police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andre Traut

Nkomo’s father “ruled out” suicide for his son’s death. He was sure Nkomo had no enemies, owed no debts and said that “the truth will come out one day.”

Twitter Unleashes Fiery

Twitter users found the timing of Krige’s  product unveiling suspicious. Conspiracy theorists claim that Krige’s invention was “convenient” following Nkomo’s death. Other critics noted that while Zille was present at Krige’s product launch and ignored the launch of Nkomo’s AquaRenu system.

Speaking to Huffpost, Zille said the wild, unsupported allegations being made against Krige were unacceptable. “It’s outrageous to accuse other people of the most nefarious things”.

According to Huffington Post she said that she had read about both concepts, WaterLoo and AquaRenu, and that they were two quite different inventions. Many entrepreneurs are now getting into greywater systems, she pointed out, so it isn’t fair to just assume theft of ideas. And if she got an invite to the launch of Nkomo’s AquaRenu, she insisted, she would certainly have attended, as she did when Krige invited her to the WaterLoo launch. She undertook to contact Nkomo’s surviving partners to learn more about AquaRenu.

While most of the anger and accusations have taken place online. Some have called for South Africa authorities to take a deeper look into Nkomo’s death. What happened to #NkosinathiNkomo?

Former Reality Star Deelishis is Thumbing Her Nose at the Haters

0

It appears radio personality and former reality show Queen Londen Charles professionally known as Deelishis is now thumbing her nose at her social media haters as she has just released a video that will refute any claims that she went under the knife and gave her nose a makeover. While the video only provided a visual collage of her nose in different settings, it is obvious she has put the smack down on the rumors. Check out the clip below.

The former reality starlet Deelishis, whose real name is London Charles who is known from Vh1 hit television show “The Flavor of Love2.” Deelishis won the reality show by beating the infamous New York who was making her second return. Soon after the show Deelishis and rapper Flavor Flav broke up. though the couple didn’t last long. Deelishis took advantage of her advantage of her fame as a model and vixen.

Recently Deelishis has become the topic of recent headlines after she posted a photo to Instagram. The shocking image to the right of the picture below, took many by surprise causing rumors to surface about the reality having a nose job done.

The former winner of “Flavor of Love 2” and model, Deelishis, now currently serves as a radio personality for Detroit’s 107.5. Deelishis who clearly is tired of the chestising was not going to let all allegations go without responding. Deelishis has clapped back at all of the naysayer in a hilarious rant where she denied having a nose job and says it was contour. Contour is a makeup cream that can change the appearance of your face like making your cheekbones pop or even make your nose slimmer. In instance that is what the reality star used it for. Dening all nose job allegations Deelishis did admit to getting a boob job and getting rid of her stretch marks. She also shouted out her doctor on her instagram. Deelishis had no problem with letting off steam by saying “it’s my body my money.” She also insinuating that the hater whos talking about her should be nice to her so she could hook them up with a discount from her doctor. Whooa! Deelishis has set the record and put everyone to in line by deadening all rumors. It’s safe to say they’ll tread lightly when coming for Deelishis.

Adrien Broner’s Social Media Melt down: Real or Promotional Stunt?

0

Is Adrien Broner Crying for help?

Adrien Broner, the famed boxer who lost to Mikey Garcia in July is back in the limelight, but this time not for boxing or legal matters. This time it is for his strange Instagram post where he claimed to give up boxing. Broner who is no stranger to breaking down on social media took the time early Saturday morning to tell us how he really felt.

We all remember in 2016 when Broner created a social media frenzy for posts that suggested he was contemplating suicide. And just last year after being arrested for punching a man and shoving a woman to the ground. Broner took it to Instagram to post a series of messages asking for help and bemoaning the lack of assistance he’s received.

Fast forwarded to 2018 the boxer/rapper is still using social media as an outlet for a therapy session. Check out his messages below.

Emotional Break Down or Promotional Stunt?

No one is for sure why Broner was so upset or why he decided to unload his feelings on Instagram. As you can imagine like all of Broner’s social media tantrums he deleted all of Saturday’s post from his account. Broner has since shared a new set of post that suggests it was all a stunt. In his new post, he apologized to his parents, proclaimed he will be a champion in 2018, and announced his upcoming fight date with Omar Figueroa Jr on April 21st.

Was this entire Instagram tantrum a genius promotional stunt? Or was it the perfect clean up ploy to cover up another ‘Broner Moment’? Who knows, but what we do know is that Adrien Broner will be fighting and we doubt it will be in Las Vegas.

National Petition Has Started Calling on Marvel Studios to Pony Up The Cash #BreakBreakMarvel #BlackPanther

0

Author: Chaz Gormley

Through a clever, well manufactured marketing campaign Marvel Studios and their parent company The Walt Disney Company have targeted the black community with their advertisements for the upcoming Black Panther film, due to release on February 16, 2018. As marginalized groups have become more vocal, corporations and their savvy public relations departments have turned to catering to these groups – to turn a profit – and this film by Marvel Studios is no different. For years, Black America has been speaking of the “lack of representation” in media, be it print, video or otherwise and as of the last decade Marvel Studios and the “superhero” genre in general have often been used as prime examples. Until now black superheroes or superheroes of color, have played marginal roles relegated to “sidekick” status, hardly at the forefront of any superhero film.

While many would see the release of a major studio film with a majority black cast, black director and art direction helmed by black artists (the SZA & Kendrick Lamar song “All The Stars” will be part of the Black Panther soundtrack) as a win – what exactly will the black community gain, aside from another symbolic victory? Surely, more than just black people will be heading to the movies on February 16th to indulge in another piece of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however, Marvel Studios hasn’t pulled out all the stops to get everyone else to come to the theaters – they’ve blatantly targeted the black community, because they want the one thing the black community has to offer in abundance – black dollars.

Marvel Studios and their Black Panther marketing campaign has targeted Black America in two very distinct ways:

On their own, these two instances don’t warrant outrage or disgust. However, when you acknowledge the importance of a song such as “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised” and the significance of Black History Month, it is insulting for them to be used as merely marketing ploys. Gil Scott-Heron told us that, “The revolution will not be brought to you by Xerox…” and it will not be brought to us by Marvel Studios in association with The Walt Disney Company either.

Angela Bassett takes the stage at Black Panther movie premiere

As black communities across the United States continue to grapple with issues such as gentrification, police brutality, and substandard living conditions we cannot continue to recklessly support these conglomerates, allowing them to profit off of us without demanding something more than just their products in return. We have the ability to change the conditions our communities and us as a people face, by leveraging the strongest resources we have: our strength in numbers, and our combined “spending power”. Income inequality is real, and the continued decline of black wealth is something that need not only be addressed, but solved. Underprivileged communities that are only seen as contributors to profit margins must wield their collective power, and become more than just consumers of products; whether that be in the realm of material goods or the arts.

By signing this petition you’re taking a stand, and informing Marvel Studios & their parent The Walt Disney Company that in February your money is not guaranteed. That unless they agree to set aside 25% of their WORLDWIDE profitto be allocated for investment in black communities, and in programs within these communities that focus on S.T.E.M., you will not be heading to any movie theater to see their film.

You have the ability to not only be entertained, but to leave the theater in February knowing that a portion of your money will be coming back into your community. To not only go see a film about a fictitious country in Africa with advanced technology, but the opportunity to invest in programs which focus on the fields – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics – that make such advancements possible, in real life.

Sign the petition and tell Marvel Studios & The Walt Disney Company to #BreakBread OR

You could simply go to the theater come February 16th, pay for your tickets, buy your popcorn and soda and leave after two hours having seen a good film – and making wealthy companies even wealthier.

But understand this:

The revolution will not be televised, because the revolution is here – the revolution is in the people.

Germaine Moore, 44, an accused pedophile turned himself earlier this week after an unsettling but alarming video went viral on social media. This video portrayed an unknown minor performing oral sex on a man. Because of the irresponsible sharing of the video, thousands have already saw the despicable act of the alleged suspect. This also has caused a lot of uproar on social media. Moores has since been charged in Alabama with four counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree, two counts of Child Sexually Abusive Activity, one count of Computers – Using to Commit a Crime and one count of Children – Distributing Sexually Explicit, Visual or Verbal Matter.

Moore was also wanted on 11 felony charges in Alabama and in Detroit for allegedly assaulting three children in his mother’s home in Detroit and at his home in Alabama.

The three girls that were assaulted are described as a 9-year old, a 10-year old and a 12-year old. It appears that Moore was their uncle and he has been sexually abusing them for six consecutive years, from 2011-2017.

Moore’s fiance Tonya Hardy was arrested Monday night for not cooperating with investigators. Police in Montgomery also charged Jerrell Washington, 42, for having possession of the distributing the video.

The police in Alabama and Detroit sends a warning about sharing video. According to Tony Garrett with Central Alabama CrimeStoppers sharing it is considered the distribution of child pornography and those who share the video is putting themselves at risk of being charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, a felony.

“I know that many around this country had been unintentionally distributing this child pornography for the sole purpose of identifying the victims and the suspect,” Craig said. “The wisest counsel is don’t do it. Notify the authorities … so that we can quickly take action.”

According to authorities, investigators say the child in the trending video was found and is now safe and the investigation is still ongoing.

Kodak Black Judge Busted Making Damaging Comments About Dealing with People Accused of Crimes

0

While dealing with his legal issues hip-hop artist Kodak Black still manages to release hit singles like “Tunnel Vision” and Roll In Peace”. He also just released soundtrack “Erykah Badu” (3 days ago) and “Fall Thru” (6 Days ago).  Florida native Kodak Black has been battling with all of his legal issues for a while now since 2015. His irresponsible actions have kept him from touring & fulfilling his potential as an amazing artist. After violating probation, house arrest and recently having his home invaded during an Instagram live video it looks like he just caught a break.

Judge Joel Lazarus, who was presiding in Kodak’s case, has been banned from “all matters involving the criminal court,” according to the Local10 news. Judge Lazarus was unaware that he was being recorded facebook live while he was preparing for court when he made an unbecoming comment.

“I’ll double the bond to those incidents that take place in my neighborhood. Closer to my house, the higher the bond”.

Lazarus claims that it was a joke in defense to a burglary near his home. Others in the courthouse felt different and were bothered by the comment.

Broward County public defender Howard Finkelstein viewed the video and was highly disturbed. So much that Finkelstein wrote a letter to Chief Judge Jack Tuter expressing that he felt it was irresponsible, unethical and a bad representation for the court. Finkelstein then requested that Lazarus is removed and banned from all criminal court matters in the future. Tuter has acted on it, saying that the comments were “clearly inappropriate.” Lazarus is now banned from all matters involving the criminal court.

After Tuter decision Judge Lazarus acknowledges his fault and apologizes in saying, “People say things in jest all the time, it was unfortunate, I shouldn’t have said it”.
