Philly Artist S.U.N.W.U.N stays true to Hip Hop with new EP

Something U Never Witnessed Until Now is an acronym name for Philly native, film maker/producer, and rapper S.U.N.W.U.N.

Sunwun will be dropping a new EP this Friday titled Supreme and he says fans can expect it to be a “breath of fresh air. ”

The Concrete Soliders filmmaker is hugely known for his work in the film industry but now with the release of the Supreme EP fans will have the opportunity to the combination of that raw Hip Hop sound infused with the new age knowledge of today. This is a raw Boom Bap Production with a Melodic twist a unique combination that will bring that Golden Era of Hip Hop back with a new modern style.

“ A lot of new artist of today did not have the opportunity to experience that Golden Era of Hip Hop that I was exposed to. A lot of the music today lacks what true Hip Hop vibe, we have a handful of so called conscious rappers like Kendrick Lamar, J Cole and a few more artist that have been trying to fill the void of what we’ve been missing, but I do not feel that it is enough. That’s why I still make music because true Hip Hop music is being over shadowed by this new sound that is filled with ignorant content that lacks education. People use Hip Hop as a tool of enlightenment and as artist, we have a responsibility to create music that will fulfill that need.

The Supreme EP will feature 6 tracks that will be an alternative to today’s Hip Hop trend. Sunwun wanted to bless the fans with that classic Hip Hop sound full of diversity, creativity, and originality.

At this point it’s hard to expect anything less than brilliance when it comes to E-40 and his impeccable ability to make a hit record. “Straight Out The Dirt” is his latest creation and it features Youngboy NBA and Yo Gotti. 

The track from the production to the talent, beginning to end, it’s perfect. E-40 is known for his catchy lyrics, Yo Gotti is known for make club anthems, and Youngboy NBA made sure he didn’t fade into the background.

Ubahn Fest: Big Sean, Gucci Mane, & 2 Chainz, lead 2017 lineup

The Ubahn Festival in the number 1 Underground Hip Hop Music Festival to hit the Midwest Featuring some of  Hip Hop’s heavyweights that include Gucci Mane, Big Sean and 2 Chainz, Christian rapper Lecrae and other artists that graced the Ubahn stage  Sept. 8-9 at the Riverfront Transit Center.

“I personally am passionate that we’re the most unique and diverse festival in Cincinnati,”Ubahn co-founder Josh Heuser said.

 

 

Last year’s event drew around 6,000 fans to the little-used transit tunnel beneath the Second Street for an eclectic celebration that bounced between DJs, electronic dance music, and rap.  “We collaborated with Nederlander and tried to book a diverse lineup that will bring out a variety of people,” Heuser said. “Lecrae, a Christian hip-hop artist, will be welcomed by a whole new variety of people. Gucci is the trap god, and putting that in the tunnel along with a great emcee like Big Sean, a conscious rapper from the Midwest (Detroit) who is on the verge of pop but is still hip-hop? Every artist we’re looking at has music that is breaking through.”

Attendees were greeted by interactive art installations, skateboard and graffiti demonstrations, clothing vendors and other attractions featured in this year’s Ubahn Festival.

 

Singer Bobby Brown Filed Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit Against TV One, “You Lied!”

TV One recently announced that they will be releasing a biopic on Bobbi Kristina Brown on October 8th but if her famous dad has his way, the movie will not see the light of day because the singer has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit.

According a lawsuit recently obtained by Hiphopenquirer.com, the singer is alleging that the production company is using footage from a taping done while he was doing “Being Bobby Brown” and that he never authorized the release of such footage. In addition, he believes that the false depiction of him being abusive is slanderous. He wants a jury to grant him millions of dollars for libel and slander. In addition, he wants the judge to halt the release of the movie.

Congratulations are in order for the Iconic Public Enemy MC/Activist Professor Griff and his new wife rapper Sole.

The couple exchanged vows on Sunday, August 27, 2017, with a small intimate spiritual ceremony with family and friends. The couple has been very open with their relationship via social media, but no one expected a marriage. They managed to keep their spiritual union ceremony under wraps until Sunday night when they revealed their new union with a few Facebook photos.

American Hip Hop Music Producer turned African Prince & Mt. Kenya Ambassador

“Saint Michael come open the scroll, show them the half that has never been shown.” A line from a tribute song dedicated to Marcus Garvey back in 2015, little did Prince Saint Michael know that 2 years later he would be spearheading a pilgrimage of 144,000 people to the sacred Mt. Kenya or be inducted into the guardianship of the Sacred Scrolls, the original scrolls that inspired all Abrahamic faiths known to man.

“I want to reconnect our people with the wisdom keepers of Africa.” Ambassador Saint Prince Michael stated.

After years of being a Writer/Dj/Producer in the music industry working with some big names in Hop Hop like Juvenile, Jim Jones, and many more street music elite. Prince Saint Michael says he has been performing a “social experiment of manifestation” with his life and so far it has landed him the task of leading 144,000 people from around the world to journey to the Sacred Mountains of Kenya to perform a very ancient practice called the Mt. Keyna Prayer walk. To accomplish his mission the Prince founded PilPal.org “Pilgrimage Pal” a program created to initiate an annual pilgrimage to Mt. Kenya for 144,000 African Descendants each December for the Mt. Kenya Prayer Walk.

At the same location in Atlanta where Tupac’s mother spread his ashes. The royal family of Batswana announced Saint Michael Prince on July 29, 2017, one year after he was appointed Ambassador to Mt. Kenya’s College of Seers. With his new position and title, Prince Michael’s goal is to promote world peace, the edification of African History, and the global empowerment of the African Diaspora everywhere.

The sacred scrolls and tablets have been protected and well hidden in the Mountains of Kenya since the holy wars and invasion of European Imperialism. The Chief Seer of Mt. Kenya has just recently given authorization for the original scrolls of Moses to be documented and presented to the world after 800+ years of hiding.

The Prayer Walk is an ancient ritual performed at the Sacred Mount Kenya (also known as Mt. Thaio Mt. Zion by Holy Men/Women of Ancient Africa) as a last resort option during times of Crisis. The 12 Seers are the ancient wisdom keepers of the Kikuyu tribal society who watches the stars and nature in order to know of impending danger. They also guard the ancestral knowledge and artifacts (Ancient Scrolls and Tablets) passed down for thousands of years. They have broken silence to intervene with global matters by summoning the African Diaspora to perform the ancient ritual at the mountain each Dec 27th.

Prince Saint Michael has begun his journey of giving 144,000 people the opportunity of a lifetime, by doing presentations about the importance of Mt. Kenya’s Pilgrimage and Pilpal.org. The presentations will be filled with practical cultural jewels you can use, insight on economic empowerment, the sacred tablets, scrolls and many more topics related to the African Diaspora, Mt. Kenya and the empowering knowledge from African Wisdom Keepers.

In addition to creating a global pilgrimage, the Pilpal program is also designed to demonstrate a business strategy fashioned for financing large-scale community development projects. In support of the African Union’s 2063 Agenda, Pilpal’s resources will be leveraged to complete the 5 Legacy Projects assigned to the 6th Region of the African Union.

Prince Michael’s is unsure what his new status in the world will take him, but he is certain that he will continue to uplift his people by continuing to follow the path of the ancient ones. While observing how the universal dots are connected as our world enters into a new model of consciousness.

Just in time for Rich Day, the family of Rich Porter has partnered with Rasheed “Ralo” Wonder of WonderBoy Entertainment to produce the upcoming film, The Rich Porter Story. The film will chronicle the life of Rich Porter who rose to prominence as a drug Kingpin in Harlem during the 1980’s.

VH1 announced a new competition series called, “Scared Famous”. Premiering on Monday, October 23rd at 9PM ET/PT, legendary rapper Redman is named the Master of Scare-a-Monies for 10 of the biggest reality stars as they try to endure gruesome challenges and terrifying scares that pay homage to recent horror hits. Over 2 weeks, these celebrities will move into an eerie estate in Savannah, Georgia, one of America’s most haunted cities, and test their limits for a chance to donate $100,000 to his or her favorite charity. They must rely on alliances, strategy and friendships, but supernatural forces beyond their control may be their true undoing.

“100 Things Every Black Girl Should Know” is finally available for purchase on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.com. The author, Taura Stinson, was born in Birmingham and raised in Oakland. Throughout her years she went through a lot, and she learned a lot. Those experiences helped her become the woman she is today, and she realized that she wanted to share her learnings with others. So she began to write them down. One turned into 10 and 10 turned into 30 and soon enough she was hitting 100 things she wanted to share.

Update: Usher Responds to Accuser, “Where’s Your Proof I Gave You Herpes?” He Wants Her Identity Revealed!

Singing superstar Usher Raymond, IV has responded to the woman who goes by the name “Jane Doe” who decided to pin a Herpes lawsuit claim on him. In a court filing today, the singer responded via his high-powered attorney Steve Sadow that there is no way possible that his accuser that is suing for 20 million dollars can prove that he even gave her the incurable disease. In fact, the motion goes on to state that she could have contracted the disease from anyone since she has already admitted that she has unprotected vaginal and oral sex.

In addition, his attorney has requested the court to dismiss the entire lawsuit on its merits and believes there is no valid reason his accuser has filed under an alias name and he wants her identity revealed. After all, she has accused him of giving her Herpes but no one knows her sexually active she was with others and revealing her identity would not only put her former sex partners on notice but may in fact identity the individual(s) who may have given her the disease.

It is also interesting that the singer believes she could have had Herpes already or that she contracted it after their alleged encounter. Clearly his accuser’s medical history will be a factor in the proceeding months and if there was any medication prescribed to her by any pharmaceutical in the United States, they would have had to register it with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) as well as her previous sexual partners will likely be brought in for questioning.


Jane Doe is being represented by attorney Lisa West who has a history of losing several high-profile cases which included a 2012 custody case involving Usher Raymond, IV. where she represented celebrity stylist Tameka Raymond.

Our sources stated that she lost that case so badly she even failed to file a motion for her attorney fees on time which resulted in the court denying her $200,000 in fees she believed she was owed by the singer. In another high-profile case, attorney Lisa West was outmatched by rap star Ludacris legal team when she represented Tamika Fuller who was trying to get custody of their daughter. In that case, the judge awarded Ludacris full custody of their daughter and the only thing her client Tamika Fuller received was a large bill for legal fees from attorney West.

Retired Fulton County judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane accused attorney Lisa West of being vengeful after the attorney filed a motion seeking access to the judge’s personal computer under the guise that there may be information that showed the judge had improper relationship with Usher’s former deceased attorney John Mayoue because he had contributed to her re-election campaign. At the time Judge Lane believed the only reason why West filed the motion was to get her to recuse herself in any cases involving the judge. Judge Lane accused West of inventing a hurtful story.

There is one person in particular who believe the only reason attorney West has filed a 20 million dollar lawsuit against Usher is because she has a personal vendetta against the singer. Why would an attorney file a bogus complaint against a judge that is presiding over her cases?
